Rental Terms and Conditions

All additional costs, as well as the security deposit, must be paid on-site, IN CASH.
Quantifiable additional costs must be paid together with the security deposit, IN CASH, at CHECK-IN.
Extra expenses, which are calculated based on consumption, must be paid at the end of the stay.
Check-in: Between 16:00 and 19:00
Check-out: Between 08:00 and 10:00
Included in the Rental Price:
- Bed linen and towels (weekly change)
- Electricity
- Heating
- Wi-Fi Internet
- Outdoor Jacuzzi
Not Included in the Rental Price (to be paid on-site):
- Final cleaning (mandatory): €120.00
- Refundable security deposit (in cash) (mandatory): €300.00
On Request – Not Included in the Rental Price (to be paid on-site):
- Pet fee: €30.00 per pet per week
Payments and Cancellation Fees
The initial deposit required to confirm a booking (unless otherwise specified) is 25% of the total rental amount, payable at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 45 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival), the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
In case of booking cancellation, even if replaced by another, the following penalties apply:
- 100% of the total rental price if the cancellation occurs from 45 days before arrival or in case of a no-show.
- The initial deposit (25% of the total rental amount) if the cancellation occurs between the time of booking and 46 days before the arrival date.
